  1. What is the coverage area of Satami Japan tour service?
    Our coverage travel area includes: Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Hokkaido, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, & Aomori.

  2. Are we able to travel outside your coverage area in Japan?
    Unfortunately, no.

  3. Do you provide tour / travel service outside Japan?
    Unfortunately, no.

  4. How do I make the booking?
    You can book via www.satamijapantour.com/booking, or you can WhatsApp us for faster response.

  5. Is it possible to travel with maid?
    Yes, you can if her/his Visa is approved.

  6. Can we change our schedule during last minute?
    You can change or cancel our service, but no refund will be given, except for natural disaster.

  7. Will you mix us with other traveler/group we don’t know?
    No, we are a private tour service. Meaning, we will only be taking your group.

  8. Can you help us to apply our VISA?
    Unfortunately, no.

  9. Can you help us to purchase our flight itinerary?
    Unfortunately, no.

  10. Can you help us with hotel / apartment booking?
    We only can recommend the most convenient hotel/apartment and you can do the booking from your side. Unfortunately, we can’t help you with the booking service.

  11. Can we change Japanese Yen (JPY) bank notes from you?
    Unfortunately, no.

  12. Can you help us make a restaurant reservation?
    Yes, we can. But it requires amount of deposit payment and service charge.

  13. If there’s an unfortunate event / accident / fall sick, what should we do during the trip?
    We can reschedule with our availability dates, or we can take you to the nearest hospital.

  14. Can we refund our payment if we cancel the trip on the last minute / when our VISA gets rejected?
    Unfortunately, no. But you can reschedule our service with our availability dates after you reapply your Visa.

  15. Can you help us to organize a private event (e.g. wedding / anniversary / gathering) in Japan?
    Yes we can. In fact, we can even organize for special request event, such as fishing, hiking, cycling, you name it!

  16. We are going to travel with disabled / eldery. Do you provide wheelchair / extra service?
    Yes, we provide wheelchair. Ask us for the wheelchair pricelist!

  17. Does your tour service comes with travel insurance?
    Unfortunately, no. You can check or purchase from your country.

  18. How can I secure my private tour booking service?
    To secure our service during the date, a deposit payment is needed. First, you can make a trip schedule to www.satamijapantour.com/calculate , or fill the form via www.satamijapantour.com/booking , and then WhatsApp us for invoice and deposit settlement.
    Once we receive the deposit payment, then your booking is secured. Please note, during high season or Shibazakura festival (Usually on April/May), please secure your deposit payment at least 3 months in advance to avoid unfortunate overbooking rejection.
