Sushi

Sushi is a famous Japanese food loved worldwide. It’s made with vinegared rice, called “shari,” combined with various ingredients. The most common type is nigiri sushi, where a small portion of shari is topped with fresh fish, seafood, or other ingredients. Maki sushi is another type, where ingredients are rolled in seaweed and rice. Sushi can include fish like tuna or salmon, as well as vegetables like cucumber or avocado. People often dip it in soy sauce mixed with a bit of wasabi (spicy paste) and pickled ginger. Sushi is known for its fresh and delicate flavors, and it’s enjoyed for its taste and artful presentation.
